Death? Yes/No/Maybe is an art and science festival organized by A Hidden Variable in Berlin, 20–25 March 2026, at Culterim Space Rossmann.
The programme explores humanity’s pursuit of longevity, immortality, and the technological transformation of the human body. It serves as a platform to ask whether mortality is a necessary condition or a limitation to be overcome, with 50+ international artists and scientists involved.
Focus: The intersection of contemporary art, biomedical science, experimental biohacking, and philosophy around the postponement of death.
Format: Visual art, virtual reality (VR/XR), live performances, and panel discussions with artists and researchers.
Curators: Ala Leresteux, Lufo Art, and Li Anna Töppe — connecting scientific research with artistic imagination.
